How Does the Drive-Thru Clinic Work?
Drive -thru clinics at the ASCMV make pet vaccines quick, safe, and convenient! The clinics are open to residents of all counties.
Follow these steps during your visit:

Drive Up with Your Pets
Once you enter the parking lot, follow the signs to join a line. A staff member or volunteer will help you complete the next steps.

Fill Out Paperwork
Complete your registration forms, making sure to include an up-to-date email address. Your pet’s vaccination records will be sent via email.

Verify Your Pet’s Information
Our staff will review your forms for accuracy and legibility. We will also check if your pet already has a microchip.

Confirm Services & Payment
Confirm the vaccinations or microchip services your pet will receive. Make payment if required (cash or card) and receive any updated tags.

Vaccinations & Microchips
Your pets will receive their vaccines and/or microchips while remaining safely in your vehicle.

At each clinic, we offer a combination of free and low-cost services:
Free Vaccines – Provided by Petco Love!
- Dog: Distemper/Parvo
- Cat: Feline Distemper
$10 Services
- Rabies vaccination
- Bordetella vaccination
- Microchips
Who Can Participate?
Drive-Thru Clinics are open to pets from any county.
Minimum ages:
- Distemper/Parvo: 8+ weeks
- Bordetella: 8+ weeks
- Rabies: 3+ months
- Microchips: 8+ weeks (dogs & cats)
- Feline Distemper: 8+ weeks
Clinic Guidelines
- Dogs must be on a leash
- Cats must be in their own carrier (one per carrier)
- Pets must remain in the vehicle during service
Frequently Asked Questions
What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash and card payments are accepted.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary. Services are provided on a first-come, first-served basis during clinic hours. Please visit our Facebook page for day-of updates.
What should I bring for my pet?
Please remember to bring water for your pets while they wait. Dogs should be on a leash. Cats should be in a carrier, one cat per carrier.
Which entrance should I use to drive into the clinic?
Enter at the northwest corner of the Field of Dreams parking lot on the west side of the stadium, off Motel Blvd.
When can I start lining up for the drive-thru clinic, and what time do services stop?
The clinic begins at 9am. Services are provided until 1pm or until supplies run out.
How will my pet feel after receiving vaccines?
Mild fatigue or slight swelling at the injection site is normal and usually resolves within 24–48 hours. Provide water and a quiet space for rest. Contact a veterinarian if your pet shows severe symptoms such as vomiting, facial swelling, or difficulty breathing.
Can nursing animals be vaccinated?
Yes. Nursing animals are eligible for vaccinations.
Can I have someone else bring my pet to the drive-thru clinic?
Yes, you can designate another person to bring your pet. The designated individual must provide the correct owner information on all paperwork.
Will I receive records for the services provided to my pet?
Yes, we provide records for services administered by email. However, they will not be available on the same day. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery. You must have a valid email address to obtain the records.
