Board of Directors
The ASCMV is governed by the ASCMV Board of Directors, which consists of two (2) voting members appointed from the Las Cruces City Council, two (2) voting members appointed from the Doña Ana County Commission, two (2) voting members from the public appointed by the Doña Ana County Commission, two (2) voting public members appointed by the Las Cruces City Counsel, and the City Manager or his/her designee and the County Manager or his/her designee who are the two (2) ex-officio members.
Board meetings take place quarterly.
